This is a LIVE high-touch coaching & consulting program.

3 Monthly Sessions:
Sessions are on the first 3 Tuesdays of the month from 11 AM PST to 12:30 PM PST
Content Hotseat
- Come ready to get Jess’s eyes directly on your content. You can also use this time to brainstorm and have Jess help you come up with ideas if you’re stuck sitting on your notes app thinking “what the heck do I even post right now?”, when you’re feeling creatively blocked, or when you just aren’t sure what to freaking post about that will move the needle
- Never run out of content ideas and never wonder if you the posts you are working on are actually going to work.
Embodiment Session
- Have you ever “known” everything you “should” or “shouldn’t” be doing but you end up in the same situation you were in before? You know your stuff is amazing but you end up in the same situations with the same results over and over again… We’ve been there! Good news: a major way to breakthrough this is working with your subconscious mind.
- Once a month we have a dedicated space to use subconscious tools to support you in the sh*t that inevitably comes up in your business and launch.
- Jess will use her Master Practioner level experience to support you in using subconscious tools to step into FULL CEO embodiment. The tools we use are:
- FIRES Coaching - helps you get out of your mind and into your body. Blending Somatic Healing, Parts Work Principles, and Attachment Connection to support you.
- Clinical Hypnosis - By using hypnotherapy, you can install new beliefs & behaviors to make the changes you desire in your life. Hypnosis is a powerful tool to help people call in abundance, change behaviors, feel more confident, and so much more
- EFT (Tapping) - EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is also known as tapping. EFT is rooted in Chinese Medicine specifically acupuncture and Qi Gong - to be able to release emotional blocks & heavy emotions.
- NLP - NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This is where we will create a subconscious breakthrough/shift. NLP uses the conscious and subconscious mind to create the reality you desire.
- Time Techniques - If you have something that is holding you back from childhood, past life, or generational experience, you can begin to release, heal, and integrate learnings! This technique supports healing memories and experiences, so you can begin to live life in an empowering way!
- Reiki - Reiki is an Energy Healing Modality that connects with a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing via universal love and light.
- Breathwork - Breathwork is a powerful tool that allows you to connect to transformational breath to move through stuck energy in your body. Your body has a lot of wisdom and breathwork is a huge tool for transformation.
- Jess will select what sessions will be based on what’s going on in the group so you are getting the best transformation possible.
- It’s one thing to have great content, it’s another thing to become MAGNETIC in how you show up. If you're ready for your followers to react to YOU the way people obsess over your favorite accounts.
- This is where the difference is made! The truth is that many strategies *can* work for you, but if you are not spending time doing the inner work, none of them will work. Leaving you chasing cash and the next shiny launch strategy instead of settling into a system that works, unleashing your magic, and playing the long game.
Training Session
- Stop worrying about the latest platforms, algorithms, AI tools, and new systems to try and keep up. Once a month, Jess will be either creating a brand new training, updating you on things you need to know in the industry, or recreating something from the curriculum to make it even better.
- Jess takes her expertise, what she’s testing on her pages and with her VIP clients, and uses it to meet the group where they need to be met.

Phase 1 - Stepping into your CEO Content Queen Embodiment
- Soul-Aligned Client Interviews → Learn our signature process for interviewing your soul-aligned clients and using that data, languaging, and information to infuse that into your content.
- This phase is about unraveling who you’ve been told you “should” be and creating the confidence to say what YOU want to say.
- We’ll look at the next year and build in some stretchy launch goals that align with your goals.

Phase 2 - Your Launch Campaign
- Phase 2 - Campaign 1
- This is where you really get going! We’ve got everything you need to run your very first campaign. You’ll go through gear up, execution, launch embodiment & energetics, and set those goals.
- There will be some special new ways to make your campaign FUN!
- At the end of your campaign, you’ll learn our Campaign Discovery Report system - aka what the heck does any of this social media data mean? How can I use it now?
Phase 3 - Nurture, Reflect, & Realign
- Post-launch embodiment work is often overlooked and it’s so important.
- We’re going to release any lingering energy that’s not supporting you and look at any energetics we want to keep working through to make things even better.
- Another round of Soul Aligned Client Interviews with your new clients who enrolled! We’re keeping you in CEO energy.
- You’ll learn how to create & implement a nurture campaign so that you continue to build connection and add value to your potential and current clients on your social pages.
Phase 4 - Rinse, Repeat, & Upgrade
- Your goal will be to run 3 campaigns throughout the year. So you will continue to rinse and repeat while adding in new upgrades each time you do a new campaign. The more you practice, the more your plate expands which allows us to add more in to help the campaign continue to upgrade.
- At the end of each campaign, you’ll go through the discovery report process again and get another 1 on 1 call with Jess!

For those of us who have been in this industry for a long time, we know that the truth is that it takes time to build a profitable business. And hacks are bandaid solutions that often leave you chasing money or meaningless engagement. That’s where my approach is different. And if you’re like “what even makes you qualified to be teaching this, Jess?” Fair question! Let me brag for a sec… I graduated from the #1 advertising school in the country with a focus on Copywriting. In college, I was part of a student agency that went around to all the local businesses and did their marketing for them. At this time, Instagram was BRAND new and most businesses didn’t have Facebook pages yet. So we created accounts for them and helped them by creating targeting campaigns to help them grow. On top of building my portfolio in a competitive creative track of my program (16 people get in out of hundreds that apply).
Flash forward to ad agency life. I worked on some of the biggest brands (some you probably have in your home right now). I was young and wanted to make myself valuable so I asked my creative director what I can do to help make his life easier, he asked “do you have any experience with social media content?” “As a matter of fact I do…” I had a ton of experience already in it. But I quickly found myself lost and disappointed in the ethics of marketing these brands. I wanted to use my magic for good. So I started my business.
I accidentally created an agency where I worked with some of top names in the coaching and fitness industries. I quickly found myself burning out again. I knew I wanted to use my gifts of content, strategy, and business and combine them with the embodiment work I was doing myself.
